Late Cancellation Policy

At Lambe Sports Therapy, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, to ensure that we can continue to provide quality care and make our services available to others, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Window:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a fee.

Appointments that are canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment.


No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying us will result in a no-show fee of the full session.

Repeated no-shows may lead to the cancellation of future appointments.
